COMMUNITY RELATIONS COORDINATOR - MILLEDGEVILLE

The Community Relations Coordinator will work to build relationships with our partners, members of local churches, and the general community to connect them to the advancement needs of the ministry. They will also be responsible for all local patient marketing efforts in the Milledgeville community. This is a part-time position that will work from the Milledgeville office on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 11:00am – 5:00pm and will require some evening/weekend speaking engagements that are scheduled in advance.

DIRECTOR OF CLINICAL SERVICES

The Director of Clinical Services will oversee and coordinate clinical services. As a member of the Lead Team, this role will prioritize relational management, patient care effectiveness, and medical administration. The position is full-time with benefits and will operate out of the Macon and Warner Robins offices.

DIRECTOR OF ADVANCEMENT

This role will be responsible for advancing the organization through development efforts that will include: strategic planning in the areas of fundraising, donor care and cultivation, and donor advertising and acquisition. This is a full-time position that will primarily work from the Macon office, but will require some travel throughout Central Georgia.

EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

The Executive Assistant will assist the Executive Team, specifically the Executive Director, of Caring Solutions. This will include project and calendar management, project coordination and administration, and general administration. The position plays a key role in anticipating the needs of the Executive Director and offering excellent hospitality to our partners and guests. This role will require one who loves to serve, is wired to be a helper, and excels in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and will work from the Macon office but some travel will also be needed.

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

 

The Patient Care Coordinator will apply case management to patient services and administrate elements of clinic operations. The Patient Care Coordinator will work with the leadership team in maintaining excellence and efficiency within patient care and staff coordination. This role must prioritize compassionate patient care and administrative effectiveness. The position is full-time with benefits and will work primarily from the Macon and Warner Robins locations.
