CHIEF ADVANCEMENT OFFICER

The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) will be charged with creating and executing a development plan, inclusive of corporate and foundation relations, individual major gifts, annual giving, church relations, event development strategy, and donor communications. They will collaborate across the ministry to leverage existing organizational relationships as well as to identify new potential sources of philanthropic support. A key member of the CS Executive Team, the CAO will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Development Team, and Board of Directors to apply management strategy to the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of both individual, church, and organizational donors. They will lead a team of four development staff in creating and executing the organization’s fundraising strategy. They will partner with the CEO to drive the organization forward financially through donor care, donor acquisition, development project management, and vision-casting among the CS family and general community.

CREATIVE DIRECTOR

The Creative Director will be responsible for advancing the organization through marketing efforts related to clients and to partners. In summary, they will creatively tell the story of impact. This is either a full-time or  heavy part-time position that will work primarily from the Executive Office in Macon, but also some in our offices in Warner Robins and Milledgeville.

ADVOCACY COORDINATOR - MILLEDGEVILLE AND MACON

The Advocacy Coordinator helps clients overcome barriers pertaining to an unplanned pregnancy while coordinating the efforts of support programming and outreach. This is a full-time role serving primarily in the Milledgeville office on Mondays from 9am - 5pm, Tuesdays from 11am – 7pm, Wednesdays from 9am – 5pm, Thursdays from 11am – 7pm, and Fridays from 9am - 1pm. Weekly travel to Macon will be required.

ADVOCATE

Responsible for ensuring that patients experience warm hospitality through relational support, advocacy and case management efforts, and follow-up care. This role is part time and will serve in our Macon, and Warner Robins locations.
