EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT​
​
The Executive Assistant provides support to the Executive Leadership Team, but primarily to the Executive Director, through project and calendar management, office administration, and event execution. The position plays a key role in anticipating the needs of leadership and offering excellent hospitality to our partners and guests. This role will require one who loves to serve, is wired to be a helper, and excels in managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time and will work from the Macon office, but some travel will also be needed.
CREATIVE DIRECTOR​
​
The Creative Director will be responsible for advancing the organization through marketing efforts related to clients and to partners. In summary, they will creatively tell the story of impact. This is either a full-time or heavy part-time position that will work primarily from the Executive Office in Macon, but also some in our offices in Warner Robins and Milledgeville.
CHIEF ADVANCEMENT OFFICER​

The Chief Advancement Officer (CAO) will be charged with creating and executing a development plan, inclusive of corporate and foundation relations, individual major gifts, annual giving, church relations, event development strategy, and donor communications. They will collaborate across the ministry to leverage existing organizational relationships as well as to identify new potential sources of philanthropic support. A key member of the CS Executive Team, the CAO will work closely with the CEO, Development Team, and Board of Directors to apply management strategy to the cultivation, solicitation and stewardship of both individual, church, and organizational donors. They will lead a team of four development staff in creating and executing the organization’s fundraising strategy. They will partner with the CEO to drive the organization forward financially through donor care, donor acquisition, development project management, and vision-casting among the CS family and general community.
PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR - WARNER ROBINS​
​
The Patient Care Coordinator will apply case management to patient services and administrate elements of clinic operations. The Patient Care Coordinator will work with the leadership team in maintaining excellence and efficiency within patient care and staff coordination. This role must prioritize compassionate patient care, hospitality, and administrative effectiveness. The position is currently heavy part-time with PTO benefits and will move to full-time soon. This role will work from the Warner Robins office from the hours of Mondays from 9am - 5pm, Wednesdays from 9am - 5pm, and Thursdays from 11am - 7pm.
ADVOCACY COORDINATOR - MILLEDGEVILLE​
​
The Advocacy Coordinator helps clients overcome barriers pertaining to an unplanned pregnancy while coordinating the efforts of support programming and outreach. This is a full-time role serving primarily in the Milledgeville office on Mondays from 9am - 5pm, Tuesdays from 11am – 7pm, Wednesdays from 9am – 5pm, Thursdays from 11am – 7pm, and Fridays from 9am - 1pm. Weekly travel to Macon will be required.
